To keep your air conditioning system performing at its best and to maintain its full lifespan, manufacturers recommend twice-yearly service and maintenance for heavily used commercial systems, with a minimum of once a year to maintain any warranty cover for domestic systems. Regular maintenance improves energy efficiency, lowers running costs, reduces the risk of failure, enhances air quality, and extends system lifespan.

What is Included?

Our servicing includes a thorough inspection of filters, coils, and fans, refrigerant level checks, essential cleaning where needed, performance analysis, and recommendations for optimal operation. Most servicing appointments take between 90–120 minutes, depending on system size, condition, and number of units. We aim to minimise disruption and complete work as efficiently and cleanly as possible.

d) Examine, check temperature, and clean coil(s)

e) Check indoor and outdoor PCB for burn marks

f) Check indoor and outdoor cable connections

g) Check operation of Humidifier (where fitted)

h) Examine and clean or replace air filter(s)

i) Check general performance of entire equipment

j) Clean air-cooled condenser

k) Suction / discharge pressure

l) Temperature control performance checks

m) Compressor start/stop amps

n) Check fan motor

o) Check four-way valves

One-off visits also include (where applicable): checking safety devices and features are operational, checking fan noise levels, examining the condensate pipe, checking wiring from the local switch to power, checking wired and wireless adapters, checking remote controllers, and battery replacements, along with labour, travel within London, and any in-warranty parts replacement. There is no additional charge for return visits to replace non-stocked parts.
